Due to construction leading to difficult travel to the normal ruck location we will be moving the ruck to The Levy, otherwise known as the Commodore Building in Downtown Perrysburg across from the Way Public Library.
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Coconut ran the opening COT with the Mission Statement, Core Principles,, Disclaimer, and the Count-O-Rama. 18 total!! 10 Runners, 8 Ruckers.

Ruck Theme: What Inspires You? Only had to ask 1 question and the conversation went from there.
Ruck Formation 2 X 4 with the Flag Flying in Front . Rotated the Flag Column 4 times so we got to everyone in the other column.
Finished in the COT with the Count-O-Rama / Name-O-Rama. Moana was our 6. Always a Blessing to have Moana back in town from Florida to get work in with his Northern PAX!! He is one of the best leaders I know! Gives it to you straight, and hits his beatdowns with hard aggression! Love having you in town Brother!! Ended in announcements and Prayer.
Reuniting with the Runners brought something special back to The Swamp!! I look forward to seeing the Runners out again with the Ruckers in the Gloom next week!!
