What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Pax started off from the Necropolis rotating carrying the coupons. In addition to the shovel flag, coupons that were carried were the following.
Cinder Block
30lb pancake sandbag
30lb dumbbell
Various pax carried the coupons in 3-minute intervals before switching out. At various times during the ruck, the Q would call out “Bogo Switch” at which point the pax would each carry 2 coupons for the 3 minute interval.
Jennay couldn’t get the group back in time, so we did the COR, NOR, 6 (Reset) and announcements while on the move.Made it back for the COT.
