What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Hank Aaron Ruck: Casper’s first ruck as a 44 year old.
PAX: Flo, Huffy, Homeslice, Dutch, Doubtfire, Mantis, Chubbs, Red Ryder, HoneyCrisp (FNG- Stark EH), Raven, Lego, Stark, Space Cowboy, Casper (Q).Rucked from Necropolis to Orleans Park in 2’s, with the right column shifting forward to rotate the flag every 5 minutes or so to allow for some 2nd F. At Orleans, Stark led 22 (2 is one) for 44 Squats. Rucked back to Necropolis and did 10 ruck presses before concluding the ruck.
Doubtfire brought his Atlanta Braves foam coupon along and was likely disappointed there was not baseball trivia. In retrospect, I regret this as well… Missed opportunity to honor the great Hank Aaron, with the main homage being his number 44 featuring in the squats. YHC will have to rectify this in the future!
