What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

PAX includes Bourbon, Doubtfire, Stark, Coconut, Hannibal, Mile High, Sparkles, Spaulding, Geppetto, Huffy (Q).
We opened in the COT (Circle of Trust) with the usual intro:
-F3 Stands for Fitness, Fellowship & Faith
-Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
-Our workouts are:
-Free of charge
-Open to all men
-Held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
-Led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
-End with a Circle of Trust

The Ruck:
Simple Ruck laced with great fellowship, and some pretty good speed. 3.25 miles crossing over into Maumee where we rucked to the Maumee River Overlook on the northside of the bridge. Nothing too stupid this time, so not the typical Huffy Ruck, but it turned out good with some great conversations!
We ended in the COT (Circle of Trust) where we did the Counterama/Namerama where Ponzi was the 6. Seems like everyone in F3 is a friend and a Brother to me! Ponzi is no exception! I have enjoyed seeing Ponzi continuing to grow into a stronger man and a stronger leader. I am blessed to have Ponzi as a friend and Brother. I feel like a broken record but this is just how F3 is. Good men helping good men grow into high impact great men! We ended in announcements and prayers. I am a Blessed man being a part of F3! God Bless All My F3 Brothers!!
