We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

The Thang:
Rucked from the parking lot at Necro across the bridge and into Side Cut. Made a big loop (to the playground) and headed back. Rotated through 6 coupons (3 sandbags & 3 Kettlebells). It was a great balmy morning in the Gloom.
Today I am celebrating 6 years in F3. My first post was actually here, at the Necropolis, 12/26/17.
I can honestly say I would not be the man I am today without F3 in my life. I am a better husband, better father and better man now because of the improvements I have made from F3.
Thank you PAX. It has genuinely been an honor to lead, today and the last 6 years of my life.
