We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

We also did Al Gore’s in an Indian run format across the bridge.
We ended in the COT with Stark and the runners (Running PAX(8) Iso, AlrightX3, Coconut, Fossil, 1 Man Band, Dutch, Photon, Stark (Q))
Stark ran the COT so go to the Necropolis for the conclusion. For my Ruckers, always an honor to lead ya!!!
