We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

The THANG:
We rucked over to Orleans Park via the walking path. In the parking lot, we lined up and did the following:
20 Squats (in cadence)
Rifle Carry to second island, 20 American Hammers, then Rifle Carry back
10 Burpees into a lunge walk to the the second island (50 ish yards), 10 Burpees, then lunge walk back
15 Merkins then mosey to the second island, 15 more merkins, then back
Continue the ruck coming up to Front Street, down Mulberry, back across Rt 25 and around to the starting point.
YHC didn’t time the pauses at streets or pace right, so we got back right at 6:30.
