We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us

 

What the ruck is a ruck?  A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

    Pax: Phat Thor(q), Gepetto(6), huckleberry, bourbon, re-load, malware, hazmat, raven, better offer, oil change, Illini, gulliver

    We started out at 5:30(still reading the mission statement), but had to double back to pick up a 6 coming in hot. Goal was 5k and we made it a couple minutes late which also included a bear crawl up hood park hill in honor of Geppetto’s birthday, and 43 merkins over at the levy. Good time and coffee followed after (thanks raven).
