We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

The Thang:
Starting at the lower Necropolis lot, we grabbed 4 coupons ranging from 10-25lbs. Headed across the river and into Sidecut Metropark. Made a big loop in the park and headed back to the lot. According to my Garmin watch, 2.85 miles were covered during our time under ruck.
Jovial banter and consensual mockery were enjoyed throughout the ruck. Bonds were built, maintained and strengthened. We also shared a little information about pig-fucking. Safe to say, a good time was had by all.
The group of men he have accumulated here in F3 Black Swamp are like no other. I am proud to be apart of such a fine organization.
As alway, it was a pleasure and an honor to lead.
