On a chilly morning (23, winchill 17) we got moving on the loop to the tower. Hit 21 reps (7 burpee w/ pack, 7 WW3 sit ups, 7 squrls). Walked out to bike path, while discussing the LDP3 topic of ‘Language.’ Some great conversation around the question of ‘does a message communicated well guarantee that it is received well?’ What are barriers to communication? Added in two other workout sessions of 21 reps with PAX offering 3 exercises.
