Run to hood park, then over to the wall, up the stairs, down the ramp, then we ran back to run hood park to run hills until 6 showed up. Once 6 showed up we did 2 hills. Then we ran to 2nd st, to maple St and down to the boat ramp.
At the boat ramp we jogged from the bottom to the sign and ran hard up the holl, at the top of the hill we jogged to the stop sign and jogged back down to boat ramp and repeato until time was done.
