Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playground equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!
The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

Warmup:
The Typical things: SSH, Chainbreakers, Cherry Pickers(which someone was a little judgemental about…(cinnamons) we can’t all pick like you!
The Thang:
– Started with a nice round of 100 Curls each person. Then partnered up.
While 1 pax ran down and back up the stairs the other person did the work. Then you swapped and did the same work.
– Between exercises your team did 100 curls together

We stopped with 5 minutes to spare and did a round of “Thrust till you drop”. Basically, you just keep squat thrusting until you have to pause and then you run down the stairs. When you get back up, you do it again…Its awesome…
All in all, Cinnamons and Tarnished got the farthest with the curls and together did probably 700-800 curls….beasts
We finished with some prayers and announcements. A great way to start an AO. I hope I can pick up a piece of chalk tomorrow.
