Nemo, start on 6 with block above head, lift block to chest, chest press, roll to incline merkin, stand up to overhead press, back down to incline merkin, roll to 6, chest press, lift block back to where it started above head = 1. 10
Escalator, 10 jump squats, 20 burpees, 30 merkins, 40 squats, 50 lunges 1 is 1. Just 1 escalator.
After each exercise/routine run a lap.
Repeato.
We almost got through it twice in 40ish minutes.
