Power Miles with a Partner
4 Cones setup around track every 50 meters. Partner 1 starts with 6 reps, partner 2 take off to first cone and performs 12 reps. Partner 1 passes partner 2 on the way to halfway point (cone 2) and performs 12 reps. Then partner 2 passes partner one on the way to cone 3 and performs 6 reps, then partner 1 passes on way to start to perform 6 reps again. Rinse and repeat for 4 laps.
Power Mile one was Burpees – Minimum of 72 burpees and one mile
Power Mile 2 was Peter Jerkins (Peter Parker, Plank Jack, Merkin, 8 count) – Minimum 72 Peter Jerkins
