Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith but today it was all the cool comfort of 90 degree heat.
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

We didn’t do a warm-up because we just wanted to get to work of embracing the suck!!

We did announcements and prayed for out troops, emergency responders, those of our fellow Americans who experience prejudice around our country and for peace and cooler heads to prevail. What makes our country stand out and shine is our diverse population helping each other to becoming the the best us we can become and who God created us to be.
