We warmed up with PAX choice favorite exercise. Then we had a dash to find the 2 weinke’s I had and pick one out in 40 seconds. Huck got to it first and chose the beatdown. So, it wasn’t my fault what was on it. 😜 Everyone said the other one would have been better, but I don’t know. I used the other workout as a way to con Anchor into doing his VQ next week. It’s already planned out. If you can make it out next week please do for his VQ.

Ten Pin was the 6 and told us how his first time out was an easy Ruck so he came back out. After that it was beatdowns with blocks and he could barely move his arms, and he is still coming out to push himself. Prayers for Cobra Commander and all those in need. It was a great night to be out in the gloom.? It was also an Honor to lead.
