Warmup: 25 reps of each – Windmills and High Knees
Workout:
Reps = 25 each (set of 15 @ firepit, mosey to checkerboard at other end and finish with 10 reps and mosey back, then next exercise)
Imperial Walkers, Burpees, Merkens, Mountain Climber, Mike Tysons, Big Boy Sit ups, LBCs and American Hammers
