Pick a cone, perform both exercises 63 reps each exercise. Short mosey. Pick a new cone and repeato. The 63 reps were performed as follows: at cone one perform one rep then cone two perform two reps, cone three perform four reps, cone four perform eight reps, cone five perform 16 reps, cone six perform 32 reps.
