Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Count off by 2’s – half go Push Station, half go Pull Station
    5 stations – 1 min each, AMRAP, 20 sec rest move to next station
    Push:
    1. Merkin
    2. Push Sleds cone to cone
    3. Block Press Up
    4. Push Cinderblocks cone to cone
    5. Kraken Burpees

    Pull:
    1. Band Row
    2. Pull Cinderblocks cone to cone
    3. Block Curls
    4. Stationary, pull Cindy’s toward (rope)
    5. Bent over Cindy Row

    After you hit all 5 stations, group run around Cinema, switch sides. Repeato
