Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.
Battlefield Beatdown 10/14 So Many Challenges
Warmups:
Motivators 7 count, waiting for Huck on this because he was still getting ready. I did mess up the count a little.
Squativators 6 count
Hand release Merkinators 5 count. New thing because the Tysonivators are hard to keep cadence. Mercy got his privates wet with these, and not the fun way he said.

The Thang:
Rifle carry blocks to field step area.
Ladder type beatdown, start with 40 curls for first step and after each step/round 20 block squats and Aussie pull-ups before moving to next step each time.
Each round started with previous steps. We completed the following with block squats and Aussie pull-ups in between
Step 1 40 curls
Step 2 30 block presses
Step 3 20 kettle bell swings
Final step 10 WMD Merkins
Mosey’d back to start area for a final cadence exercise. This one finally got Huck in the puddles🤣, flutter kicks until 7:25. We all got soaked but survived and got wetter. I mean better…
