Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Sang 12 Days of F3 – did an exercise per day – in the format of the 12 days of Christmas song
Broke into 2 teams –
Round 1: teams race to far light post. 1 person push sled with a Cindy on it. Rest of team pushes their Cindy on the ground to the finish line. Can go back and pick up 6.
EMOM timer – every minute stop in place and do 3 burpees
Round 2: same rules as first round, going back to start
We were gassed.
Round 3: carry Cindy to light post, do 10 OHBP, return to start line and do 10 block curls. That’s 1 point. Do route continuous for 6 minutes. If your block touches the ground, minus 1 point. Team with the highest cumulative pts wins.
