Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Round 1 – 3:00
Partner 1 – run around the theater
Partner 2 – 25 HR Merkins.
Switch; BUT – cannot switch until merkins are complete and run is complete.
3 points if both finish run and merkins, 1 point for making it to the switch.
Round 2 – 25 absolutions (3:00)
Round 3 – 50 jump squats (3:30)
Round 4 – 35 BBSU – Growruck style (3:15)
Round 5 – 50 monkey humpers (3:15)
Second part: DORA (run will be down to island and back)

First 2 groups to finish get 3 points, then anyone done with Lt Dans gets 2 and done with MT get 1
Third part – move the cones. Each group will have 5 cones. Partner 1 will do 10 burpees, then run 1 cone to other side and hold plank. Partner 2 will hold plank.
Partner 2 will do 10 burpees, run the next cone to the other side, then both will bear crawl back.
Keep repeating until all cones are moved across the field. To move the last cone, both do 10 burpees and run.
Restart from the opposite way.
