Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Mosey to parking lot across from Val-Pak. Partner up. Start the music – All American Rejects. Tire was station 1, then 5 other stations. 1st group on tire flipped it to diesgnated island, then flipped it back to start. Other groups were doing reps at stations. Once tire was back, rotate stations. The “timer” was the tire flip. it was the right distance, and there was a good amount of mumble chatter while doing reps. the tire flip required a good amount of exertion as well.
At end, PAX lined up by 2s and flipped it back to Val-Pak. front 2 flip the tire, go to back of line, next 2 flip tire, repeat.
Mosey back – circle up. group holds squat – when it is your turn, choice of squat or burpee. Squat continues the rotation to the person to left, burpee reverses it. There were a few burpee-offs.
Same format as squat/burpee, but did hold plank – jump feet in then out or 2 merkins to reverse.
