Intro: F3, Mission, 5 Core Principles
PAX: Doubtfire, Waldo, Crawdad, Cinnamons, Bobber, Irish Hoss, Runt, Mr Anderson, Viper, Footloose, Snakebite, Reload, Fat Amy (Q)
Partner with someone who will push you and hold you accountable. Pairings test: Do 15 Burpees and run down & back as fast as you can. Pair up based on finish order.
Partner AMRAP station work: 1 min per station, rest 20 sec, move to next station. After 9 stations, 3 min active rest jog around pond.
