Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Super set, 3 times through. The tabat timer set at 1 Min for each exercise. ~26 mins total (with 40 secs of rest in between sets)

    Curls w/block (40 reps)
    flutter kicks
    Overhead press w/block (30 reps)
    Hollow rocks
    Around the world w/block (20 reps)
    Burpees
    Kettle Bell swings w/ block (10 reps)

    2nd super set, at the play area/amphitheater, 30 secs each 3 times through (~14 mins total)

    Box jumps
    Merkins
    Lt Dans
    Calf raises
    Dips
    Planks
    Al Gore
    Burpees

    cool down jog back to ending COT
