Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

The Thang: Extreme Couponing II
Count off into 2 teams
Each team has a pallet sled, 2 40 lb buckets full of water, 80 lb boulder, a MEGA block, and a cinderblock per person
Object to get all coupons down to cone and back.
At the end cone, do following workout: block thrusters, bent over rows, block curls (30 each/person)
Can’t leave cone until entire team has completed all reps – can pick up 6.
Winning team first to get all coupons back to start line – can pick up 6.
EMOM – Every 2.5 min – Leave coupons in place and run back to center cone and do 5 burpees
Completed 4 rounds. Sleds were heavy and awful, our heartrates never came down. No squads were called. These sleds will make another appearance in the near future.
