Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.
In this episode of let’s try something new, I attempted a game that I will perfect and bring back. It may not have been the smash hit that Swamp Ball has become, but it will be fine tuned.
We started with our Mission Statement and 5 CP. Then a COR and we splt into two teams with the two Double Respects choosing teams.
After some adjustments, audibles, and tweaks, we all got work in and attempted something new. Unless the pax were too busy complaining, they got a little better.
