Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    THE THANG:
    Complete the following reps/exercises on your own. Run to designated location and back between exercises. 15 minute timer. Add 5 reps to any unfinished exercise…….

    Now….. that was the plan. In reality, many of us didn’t get through all the exercises. Tweaks will be made for next time. Lot’s of groaning and complaining today. A little chippy from many…. Me included. But, with that said, my New Year’s Resolution is to do more hard things and to push myself mentally to do the things that I normally would have said no to only because I didn’t want to put in the effort. Today was one of those days. The rain and cold were not enjoyable. The gloom was thick today.

    10 Mountain Goats
