Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Everyone ruck or vest

    Plethora of coupons – sandbags and blocks

    Divide into 3 teams. Each team has a “scorekeeper” (can be rotated) – they will al gore or plank.

    Team DORA:
    1) 2 Shuffle/ruck to Bongo bars while other 2 do:
    2) sandbag or manmaker burpees – 100 (total)
    3) sandbag/block Rows – 200
    4) sandbag/block Squats – 300

    Each time you complete a round scorekeeper moves up one step. change your recordkeeper as often as you want.

    First team with their scorekeeper up top (4 steps) wins.

    You can knock opponents down a step by completing the following:
    10 100lb sandbag squats
    ruck to cone and back with 100lb
    10 100lb sandbag squats

    Keep going 100-200-300 even if you get knocked down. after completing 300, if you are not on the top step start back at burpees.

    Ended with COP++ – 10 merkins between each exercise PAX select.

    Hour 3 was a blast.
