Mosey and More to The Battlefield

RockwellIn this edition of The Battlefield Beatdown we went to the actual battlefield and back performing random exercises along the way.
We began with an easy mosey behind the theater heading toward the railroad tracks.
Perform 10 Inchworm pushups.
Continuing to the RR tracks we walked while balancing the length of rail covering 15 RR ties. Getting that core and balance work on.
Mosey to trail and at the end of the long wooden fence, we each performed 20 calf raises.
Continuing our mosey we lunge walked for two minutes.
Resuming our mosey to the Battlefield we dropped and performed 15 absolutions.
We negotiated a creek and moseyed to the battlefield site and read the sign while holding Al Gore. We then dropped and performed 20 new exercises called “Frog-Legged Eagles”.
Mosey.
Arriving at a trail side bench we performed 20 step-ups each.
Moseying to the welcome center of the park, we did 25 deep lunges through the welcome center area.
Mosey to maintenance garage at Staybridge Suites and perform 25 London Bridges then proceeded to the AO where we performed another 25 lunges.
Ended with NOR and COT
