Route 66 in parking lot. 10 merkins, bear crawl to next line, 9 merkins, bear crawl to next line, down to 1.
Lunge to Max Fitness
Format: circle up, assign 22 reps of 1 active exercise and 1 stationary exercise. 1 person does the active exercise while the rest do stationary. Pax take turns around circle until all have completed 22 reps of active exercise.
First round: 22 squats, hold al gore.
Second: merkin/ plank
Lt Dan/ Wall Sit
Air press/ Cherry pickers
Inch worm/ plank
Pickle pounder/ plank.
Pax tire of holding exercise, can rest by doing 5 burpees.
Lunge walk back
