Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Arm Circles/ Circle Arms
Windmills IC

Forearm Stretch
Quad Stretch
Calf raises
Slow Mosey around the theater
The Thang:
Start with 20 curls
Ladder style-
Run to cone and do 20 more curls each visit back to starting line until you have ran to all 4 cones.
Hold plank until everyone is done,
All out 40 yard sprint to far cone
Walk back.
First three rounds : plate curls ( palms up)
second three rounds: drag curls ( single arm, palms forward,block back toward hip)
Final three rounds: hammer curls ( palms facing each other on sides of block)
