Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    MY COMMENTS: I challenge all of us to follow the leadership example we see from Moses as he demonstrated the willingness to accept the assistance of others. We should be willing to embrace the support of trusted friends and advisors. We should also follow the example of Aaron and Hur and be willing to be humble ourselves to provide support to others.

    The “staff”: Each pair must take turns to hold up blocks/rucks suspended from a 2×4. Must be held above the head at all times.
    Start with team #1. When they get tired, team 2 takes over and so on
    All other pairs complete the movements down to the cone and back and repeat until the end of the workout
