The Thang: Sled Run 500
Broke into 2 groups of 6, each team tasked to push a sled in a 1 mile loop around the mall, carrying 120 lbs of Cindy per sled.
Stop at each brick crosswalk (9 along the route) and perform 20 each of given exercise:
1. 8 count squats (with or w/o Cindy)
2. Hand release merkins
3. Lt Dans
4. Burpees or Manmakers
5. Squat or Jump Squat
6. Smurf Jack
7. Hello dolly
8. Overhead press or air presses
9. Squirrel Travoltas
Reflection: Those sleds are a killer. Had one merlot spill mid route, but he rallied!
