Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Warm-up: 20 Side Straddle Hops & 20 squats in cadence
    Pair up with your 2.0 or someone next to you

    The Thang: F3 UNO
    As a pair, draw a card, do the exercise, and run to the cone & back. The team with the most times to the cone WINS (Keep a tally of each run)
    # Reps = number on card x3

    • Red: Merkins
    • Blue: Step-ups
    • Yellow: Burpees
    • Green: BB Sit-ups
    • Wild: Draw card & give to another group
    • +2: Draw 2 more cards (do exercises before run)
    • +4: draw 4 more cards (do exercises before run)
    • Skip: Skip to the cone
    • Reverse: run backwards

    • Round 1: 15 min long

    Halftime: Fat Amy lead 6 ct Squativators

    • Reset score, do round 2 for 15 min
