Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Station 3 – Woodstock – blocks needed. Will use the terraces.

    1 edge of grass – 10 squat thrusters
    Squat jump forward to 1st terrace
    20 2-is-1 step ups.
    Duck walk back to block
    10 squat thrusters
    Squat jump forward to second terrace
    20 2-is-1 toe touches
    Duck walk to 1st terrace
    20 2-is-1 step ups.
    Duck walk to block
    10 squat thrusters
    Squat jump forward to 3rd terrace
    20 2-is-1 box jumps
    Duck walk to 2nd terrace, 20 2-is-1 toe touches
    Duck walk to 1st terrace, 20 2-is-1 step ups.

    If time permits, repeat starting at 3rd terrace.
