Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Things I have learned this last year:
1. Need to do more warm-up and stretching

Break into 3 teams of 6
Round 1:
41 Block curls + 41 OH block press
Sprint to cone & Back
Repeato
Go HAM for 5 min – 1 point for each set completed.
Winning team gets a point.
Round 2:
Murder Bunny out, 41 Merkins, Rifle Carry back
Repeato – 1 point for each set complete
Did rounds 1 &2 two times.
Team 3 won – so as a reward they got the heaviest punching bag to handicap them for the final relay races.
3. Team Relay Race
Same 3 teams – Used 120 lb lunching bag, 120 lb sand bag, 100lb punching bag. 2 man carry out and back, First team to get 3 trips wins.
