Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Started with MS and FCP (Five Core Principles)
    COR and divide into two teams.

    The Thang:
    There are three periods in wrestling. There are three primary positions in wrestling: Top, Bottom and Neutral. This information, and the fact we are right smack in the middle of the season, inspired this pax to develop a wrestling themed beatdown.

    The big picture is this:
    break the beatdown into three “periods” and in three locations of the Q’s choosing, and do three different exercises at each location emphasizing only one part of the body-“top”, “bottom” or “neutral” (core)-per location. And, because wrestling requires aerobic conditioning, there will always be running taking place by both teams.

    Mosey to the first location for the “First Period”.

    At each location, two pax per team must always be running while the rest of the pax are doing reps of a particular exercise and to a collective number agreed upon beforehand.

    Location 1: Lilly Pad
    Exercises: Clock Merkins, London Bridges, Burpees

    Location 2: Dillards
    Exercises: Box Jumps, Jump squats, Apollo Ono

    Location 3: Breezeway near Red Robin
    Exercises: Starfish Sit Ups, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps, American Hammers

    As a side note: we had two pax who struggled to complete the run in a suitable time, so as an alternative, we permitted pax to do 10 burpees instead of the run-which was typically about a minute in length.
