Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

The Thang was:
Two teams played battleship. 9 stations were set up. Each time you completed a station, half the team members ran b to the command center to make a strike on the board. If you did twice the prescribed reps then you earned two strikes. You also could use your “blitz” chip to hit three exercises in a row and then record your strikes. Unfortunately the bad guys won with 3 hits to 2 hits.
