Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

  1. We had a special beatdown at the Wall. 33 hardy young men attended the beatdown. These men were, Jay Wipers Meets, Jason Fat Amy Nofziger, Don Radio Lucero, Josh Woodstock Brown, Rick Huckleberry Thielen, Michael Doubtfire Dushane, Dylan Tagalong Lucero, Thomas Mercy Morrissey, Chris Heisenberg Drage, Tommy Callahan Geary, Daniel Casper Kubacki, Steve Footloose Mohr, Jason Enron Carroll, Eric Isoceles Puffenberger, Bob Raven McCart, Alan Coconut Davies, Alec Meatloaf Falkenberg, Billiy Hannibal Stark, Bill Chanel Colon, Rob Cinnamons Brace, Andrew Peach Lee, Jake Jennay Wittmer, Jamey Two Buck Chuck Burson, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, Jay Thai Guy Sun, Marius Nimbus Paulikas, Todd Nitros Armbruster, Ben Rudy Hoipkemier, Scott Shank Holmes, Arjun Space Ball Kukka, Dave Cooey Humel, Chris Charmin Tracy and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble.

    We went over to Hood park and the first thing we did was bear crawl up the hill and every once in a while did merkins for 11 reps. When 15 people reached the top we stopped. We did a total of 55 merkins in 5 sets. We ran down the hill and repeated the bear crawl back up but we did big boy sit ups.Again, sets of eleven for 5 sets totaling 55 reps. We ran down the hill. On the way back up the hill we walked backwards but with either a ruck sack or a block. We did 5 sets of 11 reps of over head presses. We returned to the wall.We had 4 stations here. We ran up the stairs and did 11 burpees, ran along the top, down the ramp 1/2 way when we stopped and did wall sits to a count of 111. We continued down the ramp, to its end where we did 11 australian merkins. At the bottom, we did 33 dips. We continued this rotation for a short time.

    I brought the group together where we did the geronimo and did one time, the side saddle hop 21s. We then ended in a circle of trust.
