The thing: 8 5 min sessions with 5 burpees in between.
The 8 exercises/sessions were all with a block

block swings

shoulder press
Bench pressthe group was split into two, and half did the reps while the others ran laps around the grass, and traded off when rest was needed. Constant motion and also doing burpees or man makers ever 5 mins. The key was to not ever set a block down as a team and you supported your teammates….. it was “epic” meaning both awful and awesome
Ended with the COT, Sherpa was the 6th.
