Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Equipment: 2 60ish lb sandbags, 2 40lb fillers, 4 standard Cindy, 4 10lb Stark plates.

    Reps 5 – 10 – 20
    Sandbag curls/ block curls /plate curls
    Repeat 3x
    Run around theater 2*

    5/7-10/15-25 – added the fillers here to keep group together, added 2 reps to those and 5 to the block for those lanes and pax flip flopped throughout.
    Sandbag press / block press / plate press
    Repeat 3x
    Pond loop

    7/10-15-25
    Sandbag squat/block squat/plate Squats x3
    Pond loop

    5/7-10-20
    Mm burpees w/bag / mm w/block / burpees x2
