Cones Setup as an X to signify the D2X concept. Each of the 4 branches of the X had 4 cones. Those cones were stops to perform an exercise. Each cone was the same exercise down that branch with the exception of the coupon station. Tabata style, you would perform 45 seconds of work, 15 second of rest and move down the cones. After 4 mins you would move to the next branch of the X. Ideally after 4 rounds at each branch you would feel the strongest at one particular branch. That would be your dolphin to come into play later.
Circuit 1 – Approx 16.5 mins in total, 4 rounds at each station
1 – Angle Grinders and 60 pound sandbag press
2 – Skaters and 80/40 pound squat
3 – Lt Nads Battle Rope
4 – Krakens and 60 pound bucket rowsThen two 1 min rounds of team goal for max reps. PAX chose their dolphin station and went hard
Round 1 – 333 reps
Round 2 – 326 reps (a few changed stations to try and help more. I guess they chose their better station first…or we were a little spent. But nobody “sandbagged”Circuit 2

3 – Curtsy Lunges and 60 Pound sand bag hold while Flutter Kicking

Round 1 – 457 reps
Round 2 – A little longer 2 min break because we were smoked. Wanted to give the chance a real shot at beating round round to end the day…and we did! 463 reps! Strong teamCOR, NOR, Wipers was the 6.
Strong work put in for nearly 2 hours by almost all the PAX that showed up for the Ultra Training and the ruck and stuck around for the beatdown.Always an Honor
