Getting to work:
Run the “Rainbow trail” (half circle from the frogs to parking lot).
At the frogs, someone picked a piece of gold out of my pot indicating 3 exercises.
at completion we ran the rainbow back to the parking lot to do 20 Little Baby Arm circles both directions, return to the pot of gold and repeat. (until someone nearly passes out)Pax:
