Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Warmup
1. jumping Jacks – cadence
2. Arm circles
Getting to work:
Count o rama- the. Break into teams of 4. (We should have 4 or so teams)
Relay 1 –
100 burpees as a team (1 at a time) the others do arms raises as they wait their turn
200 sit-ups as a team (1 at a time) the others hold leg lift as they wait their turn
300 pushups as a team (1 at a time) the others hold plank as they wait their turn
Take a lap around lake,
stopping at the padded play area to do 400 dips on the bench as a team, one at a time, the others do box jumps/bench jumps while they wait or lunges
The one final stop at the log pit. 500 calf raises as a group, all can do together. And at then return to start. And then runs out to C5 and back twice.
Winning team doubles back and picks up the 6. All teams then finish together
Finished with jump lunges and jump squats to round out the day
