Your regularly scheduled beatdown is moved a bit later to allow for a big ruck. Check out and join the earlier ruck or just come for the later beatdown.

Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    We walked 9 miles to get here with rucks on our back, so it only made sense that we would keep them on or use them for the duration of the beatdown. No one can take those steps for you, so part of the beatdown was individual. You would most likely not make all those steps on your own, so part of the beatdown was with a team. Heres the thang:

    7 cones, each with a ruck and slick exercise.
    Hub ~ 10 yards from each cone
    Round 1 – PAX start at a cone, do ruck exercise, drop ruck, run to hub and back, do slick exercise, put on ruck and on to next cone clockwise. Repeat until time is called.
    14 minutes

    Round 2 – split into 4 teams. Start Cones 1, 3, 5, 7. Same rotation, but as a team. Runs are at least one per team member. As a team, must complete all runs, ruck reps, and slick reps but free to divide up work. Repeat until time is called
    14 minutes.

    Cone 1 – 15 merkins / 10 ruck merkins (30 /21)
    Cone 2 – 10 jump squats / 10 ruck prisoner squats (30/30)
    Cone 3 – 15 2 is 1 flutter kicks / 10 2 is 1 ruck flutter kicks (45 / 30)
    Cone 4 – 10 Lt Dans / 5 Lt Danger rucks (30 / 15) (bonus in center – 5 2 is 1 plank jack shoulder taps)
    Cone 5 – 20 air press / 10 ruck high pulls (60 / 30)
    Cone 6 – 20 over hand claps / 15 ruck swings (60 / 45) (bonus in center – 5 mule kicks)
    Cone 7 – 10 chain breakers / 10 ruck high pulls (30 / 30)

    Round 3 – merkin ladder (slick) 3/6/9/12

    Otto was the 6.

    COT was held.
