Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Run to opposite line perform 25 Angle Grinders. Run back to start.

    Round 2
    25 Curtsy Lunge with Lateral Shoulder Raise, run to opposite line perform 25 TXHRMS, run to start.

    Round 3
    50 SSH with weight, run, 25 Jack Merkins, run to start.

    Round 4
    25 Side Lunge with Bicep Curl, run, 25 reverse plank reaches, run to start.

    COR, NOR, Footloose was the 6 from the ruck and Mr. Freetime from the beatdown.

    Wonderful frosty morning at the Battlefield.
