Since release, we have learned that Matty should be in list post-Joe.
While the new album played – Taylor released 31 songs!! – we rotated between TAYLOR and JOE.
First round we did 13 of each exercise in cadence, then went for a run. Second round was 45 seconds per exercise, then run. Last round was 15 seconds with no breaks.
