In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.

This was a pretty simple one:
Mosey to the base of the Hill, perform 12 reps, run up the hill and perform 24 reps. Then mosey down the back side of the hill and repeato X 4.
