The Beatdown:
The third installment of my “Like Iron PAX but Harder” workouts, where I use a previous Iron PAX workout and change the running to use the hill. Today was “Meatloaf’s Massacre”:
10 man makers
20 overhead block presses
30 KB swings
40 Goblet squats
50 incline block merkins
Run
Repeat for 4 rounds (nobody finished the third round).
For the run, the first round was 4x hills, the second was 3x hills, and so on.
The only music was the sweet sounds of PAX complaining… And discussion of Lonzo’s sleeping arrangements while sporting his mustache.
